• Proven experience creating data mining architectures, models, protocols and statistical reporting.
• Experience implementing policy and strategy for short-term results with department plans.
• Proven track record as a people manager with a small team.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coach professionals.
• Experience driving improvements in processes, systems or products to boost performance.

• Developing policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less) and plans.
