We are BlueSky and we are on a mission to be the largest and most impactful digital transformation consultancy in Africa by 2030.

Our Data, Analytics and Ai division is expecting to grow by triple digits this year, and we'd like to start engaging with interested and talented people so that we can move quickly when our business development efforts bear fruit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Databricks, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Databricks, Alteryx, and Snowflake. Experience with SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
• Consulting Skills: Proven experience in consulting with large enterprises and delivering data solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
