Econo Foods is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and the data foundation across Retail, Logistics and Finance functions. You will collaborate with IT, Data Insights and Business teams to ensure reliable, governed data for reporting and analytics.

The role emphasizes automation, scalable architectures and continuous improvement of data quality, with a focus on enabling self‑service analytics and informed business decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple systems.
• Integrate data from ERP, TMS, WMS, finance, CRM and other business apps.
• Reduce reliance on manual data extraction through automation.
• Ensure pipelines are scalable and efficient for future needs.
• Review data flows and optimize queries and processing routines.
• Support data governance, data quality checks and validation controls.
• Develop analysis‑ready datasets for BI and analytics.
