Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, ideally in Clothing, Footwear, or Accessories.
• Understanding of seasonal product planning and size curves.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics such as Sales, GP, GMROI, and Forward Cover.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Buyers, suppliers, and stores.
• Host and drive planning meetings, present reports, and influence decision-making.
• Manage seasonal buys and fashion-driven product cycles.
