We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and operational support. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry & Verification
    • Enter data into company systems with speed and accuracy.
    • Verify information sources related to jobs, inventory, calls, and emails.
  • Inventory Management
    • Track and update inventory levels in real time.
    • Create and process purchase orders.
    • Coordinate stock needs with field staff and update truck inventories.
  • Operations Support
    • Assist with scheduling and task creation for service teams.
    • Manage and organize job-related data, paperwork, and digital files.
    • Monitor call logs and email inboxes as needed.
  • Financial Processing
    • Process and apply payments accurately in the system.
    • Track and reconcile service payment plans for accuracy and reporting.
