Job summary

Takealot Group in Cape Town is seeking a Data Compliance Specialist to join our team. You will manage data subject requests under POPI, engage with stakeholders to resolve data issues, and support policy changes across brands in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The role reports to the Data Compliance Team Leader and offers a challenging, fast-paced work atmosphere with opportunities to make a meaningful impact across the Takealot group.

Qualifications

• Experience handling data subject access requests under POPI.
• Ability to engage stakeholders to resolve data requests.
• Experience performing internal data privacy audits.
• Familiarity with policy updates for new features.
