Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, control, fire and BMS systems is advantageous.
• Proactive problem solver, perform rapid and accurate assessments.
• Ability to conduct self professionally with elevated levels of tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Design DX Cooling systems and chilled water systems.
• Review and approve design documents and mechanical schematics.
• Conduct working methods to maintain agreed PUE levels.

Skills

Excellent technical design and calculation abilities

Knowledge of electrical, control, fire and BMS systems

Advanced AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modelling skills

Effective communication skills

Proactive problem solver

Ability to work independently

Advance Microsoft Office skills
