You will guide the development of data pipelines and provide mentorship to engineering teams. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in data engineering or architecture and be proficient in Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and DBT. This role focuses on delivering high-quality data solutions and involves working in regulated or FinTech environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data engineering and/or data architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS (S3, Lambda), and DBT.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and design scalable, secure data architectures and target-state data platforms.
• Guide the design of data pipelines and data warehouses using Snowflake on AWS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers.
