Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Data Analyst Intern in Durban to join the Analytics team. You will help analyze data to support growth strategies and create scalable reporting capabilities that reduce data handling time and increase insight-driven decisions.

You will build SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, assist in reports for internal stakeholders, and collaborate across sales operations, commercial, and BI teams to drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• South African citizenship preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis for various markets and divisions from problem definition to deployment.
• Build and improve SQL queries and Power BI dashboards; automate reporting processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating research findings to internal stakeholders.
• Support scalable data capabilities and work with cross-functional teams to generate insights.
