Stable company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or data analytics, ideally within B2B events or media.
The role drives marketing performance through data-led insights, improving data quality and audience understanding.
Collect, analyse and interpret marketing and event data from multiple sources including CRM (HubSpot), website analytics, registration systems and digital campaigns to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key KPIs.
Map and measure audience universes to define market penetration and track the database.
Maintain and improve data quality.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and data teams to ensure consistent CRM usage.
Evaluate and report on the performance of e-mail campaigns, digital advertising and partnerships.
Ensure all data collection complies with POPIA and aligns with company standards.
Present clear, concise insights and recommendations to management, linking data performance directly to commercial outcomes and strategic objectives.
Matric relevant degree essential.
Strong MS Office knowledge.
Proven proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms.
Skilled in data analysis and visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, customer segmentation and how these drive marketing and sales performance.
