LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an Automation & Data Governance Specialist – Sales to optimize sales processes through automation while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across systems. • Strong CRM platform experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).

• Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, POPIA, CCPA).
• Ability to improve pipeline visibility through automation.
• Collaboration across Sales, IT, Marketing, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows within CRM and related sales systems.
• Automate lead routing, opportunity management, and follow-up processes.
• Reduce manual data entry through system integrations.
• Optimize sales funnel tracking and forecasting processes.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Establish and maintain data standards, definitions, and naming conventions.
• Develop and enforce data validation rules and required fields.
• Monitor and improve data quality (deduplication, cleansing, normalization).
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, POPIA, CCPA).

About The Role

The Automation & Data Governance Specialist – Sales is responsible for optimizing sales processes through automation while ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of sales data across all systems. Working across Sales, IT, Marketing, and Compliance teams, this role helps improve operational efficiency, data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance standards to support informed business decisions.
