Job summary

All Star Placements is seeking a Data Analyst for our Johannesburg head office in the logistics sector. You will prepare monthly reports, manage monthly management fees invoicing, and monitor fuel surcharge rates.

You will retrieve website data, compile LSP performance reports, and monitor demurrage and mine standing time while delivering timely statistics. A strong Excel skillset and data-driven mindset are essential.

• Proven ability to work with large data sets and deliver accurate insights.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Reports - Preparation of all reports required for month end processing.
• Monthly Management fees - Invoicing of management fees to each buyer.
• Calculation of monthly Fuel Surcharges and monitoring of rates.
• Retrieving of all website data for completion of each month's fuel surcharge.
• Compile LSP performance report of all tonnages moved by each LSP in the previous month.
• Controlling of mine standing time and demurrage.
• Calculation and monitoring of each month's demurrage.
• Daily reporting of statistics.
• Timely and efficient response time.
