Job summary

AiR in Johannesburg is seeking a Data Analyst to join a 12-month contract focused on payments infrastructure modernization. You will analyze complex payment flows, map end-to-end journeys, and help document requirements for a new Payments Order Management platform.

You will define key operational metrics, report standards, and work with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements in financial services technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst in financial services or payments.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience documenting business and data requirements.
• Familiarity with South African payment rails (PayShap, RTC, EFT) is a plus.
