Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly valuations of institutional Pension & Provident funds, including reporting on fund solvency (asset liability matching) for DC funds, identifying non-compliance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and improving governance levels.
• Carry out data quality, cleansing, visualization, and analytics projects to provide valuable business insights.
• Support and build efficiencies for Alexforbes products and services, in line with our ethos of being advice-led and agile solutionists.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Actuarial, Data, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• High proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Keen interest in our business environment and a passion for helping people secure their financial well-being.
• Nice to Have Exposure to SQL and database interaction.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, with an ability to tell compelling data stories.
• Any relatable work experience (e.g., data analyst, analytics, actuarial analyst).
• Strong organisational, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Initiative and good time management / planning abilities.
