Job description

Outputs Analysis of data, mainly investment portfolio data for performance reporting purposes.

Collect, validate, analyse and interpret data for strategic purposes while maintaining systematicprocesses.

Maintain investment database, ensure periodic updates and accuracy of data.

Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual (integrated and annual) performance reports.

Respond to ad hoc requests for performance information.

Develop data models and templates as required.

Research and compile quarterly economic outlook data with emphasis to specific industries affecting the the company Work closely with management to identify and develop data requirements for the organisation.Facilitating Strategy and Planning : Identify and prepare relevant reports from data analysis conducted for insights inputting intoorganisational efficiencies and strategic conversations.

Participate in the co-ordination of strategic planning workshops by facilitating the entire procurement value chain to for procuring strategy venue, facilitator, etc as required Prepare strategic and planning documents and presentations.Research : Collect and analyse primary or secondary data for the departments research purposes.

Assist Strategy and Planning Manager to draft research reports in order to inform managementsdecision-making at strategic level.

Develop efficient tools to effectively share information through the organisationCommunicate With the guidance of the manager, communicate concluded outcomes.
