Overview The Role

As a Part-Time Data Analyst, you will work closely with our team to collect, analyze, and interpret data that supports decision-making.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in reporting, visualization, and problem-solving within a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Perform analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop data visualizations (dashboards, charts, graphs) to present findings clearly.
  • Collaborate with team members to define data needs and provide solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of analytics systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
  • Contribute to automation of data collection and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an MSc program (Electrical Engineering or related field advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability to commit 18 hours per week (approx. 4 hours / day, 3 days per week).
  • Eligible to work in (insert location).
  • Nice-to-Have Experience with statistical software or database management.
  • Previous exposure to report generation or academic data projects.
Schedule & Work Arrangement

Part-time : 18 hours per week

Hybrid : Combination of remote work and in-office collaboration (specify if certain days are required onsite).
