ð Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for D365 Finance projects.
• Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Partner with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment within D365 Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and junior analysts.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on D365 Finance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for financial data analysis.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

• Background in ERP / CRM systems and financial compliance.

ð Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree OR one of the following :

• Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Power Automate.
• Background in ERP / CRM systems and financial compliance.
