Job summary

Integrity360 is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst with a networking background to join our Global Security Operations Centre (SOC). You will monitor security events, investigate incidents, and collaborate with our global teams to protect client environments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in cybersecurity or networking, basic firewall/SIEM knowledge, and a willingness to pursue further certifications. Full training will be provided, and shift-based coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or networking.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications (e.g. Darktrace and SentinelOne).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts or rotational coverage.
• Self-driven with a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor customer portals for early breach detection.
• Troubleshoot issues using internal tools within SLAs.
• Conduct incident response and root cause analysis.
• Perform threat hunting and risk assessment.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets; escalate as needed.
• Provide thorough case notes and handovers between shifts.
• Act as a technical contact between clients, partners, and sales.
• Contribute to internal IT and security projects.
• Ensure clear, high-quality customer communication throughout case lifecycles.
