Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a professional to support forensic data collection, digital investigations, and security enhancements across our platforms. The role focuses on implementing robust security measures, protecting data, and performing ongoing testing and monitoring to ensure system integrity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, policy adherence, and incident response, with a strong ability to work independently and build capabilities while staying

Qualifications

• Experience with collecting and analysing data/evidence (5 years).
• Experience planning and managing resources to deliver objectives (3–6 years).
• Deep understanding of current forensic methodologies and trends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide input on the design of security measures such as firewalls or encryption, monitoring performance to notify security experts of problems.
• Company Data Protection
• Develop and contribute to disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect company data.
• Conduct Digital Investigations
• Perform website/application software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues
• Horizon Scanning to identify external developments impacting the organisation
• Explore emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact
• Faults Diagnosis and Correction with prompt resolution
• Recommend technical developments to improve website/portal/app performance and infrastructure
• Create and maintain technical/user documentation and backup files for instant recovery
• Ensure Operational Compliance with policies and regulatory codes and conduct
• Identify non-compliance patterns and escalate as appropriate
