Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and internal delivery across projects.
• Manage multiple projects from scope confirmation through to completion and handover.
• Clarify client requirements, turn approved scope into practical project plans, and track owners, deadlines, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure resources, access, equipment, licences and approvals are in place.
• Run project meetings, record decisions and actions, follow up on blockers, prepare weekly progress updates, and keep documents, reports, approvals and handover evidence organised.
• Support technical review, testing, training and formal handover when needed.
