Job summary

A recruitment specialist is seeking a knowledgeable individual for a supply chain logistics role in Durban, South Africa. Responsibilities

• Frame import sea and air freight bill of entries
• Frame DA 70’s
• Assist with customs queries and similar related customs matters
• Handle customs stops and bookings
• Knowledge and experience of basic registration
• Sufficient knowledge of quality controlling is required
• Sufficient knowledge of Customs and Excise Act is required
• Ability to frame refunds
• Ability to complete duty drawbacks, rebate entries, tariff determination
• Ability to frame complex import entries for both sea and air freight
• Resolve customs queries
• Knowledge of acquittals is required

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in framing import sea and air freight entries
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365
• Cargowise experience (advantage)
