Job summary

A leading payment solutions company in Pretoria is seeking a Customer Support Centre Agent to provide technical IT support and assist clients with their queries. Candidates must be fluent in Afrikaans and English, and have at least a Matric qualification. Responsibilities include call logging, maintenance, and resolution of service requests. The role requires working shifts on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: NQF Level 4 – Matric or similar.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Computer Literate – basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.

Our client, a leader in the provision of accessible debit order and card payment collection systems that empower businesses to simplify their payment processes is looking for a Customer Support Centre Agent with strong working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Hardware.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary ResponsibilitiesTechnical IT Support
• Assist clients with all support queries
• Escalate all queries that are not solved
• Call logging, maintenance and resolution
• Following-up on service requests via phone and e-mail
• Provide product feedback / customer suggestions to Operations and Support Centre Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum Requirements : NQF Level 4 – Matric or similar
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Computer Literate – basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to work Shifts on a rotating basis
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
