Job summary

A professional painting company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage communications with clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service and sales, excellent phone skills, and experience with CRM systems. Working hours align with U.S. MST and include U.S. holidays.

The company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage incoming leads, support customers, and help drive bookings for painting projects.

About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Customer Service Representative

to manage incoming and outgoing communications with potential and existing clients.

This role requires someone with a sales-oriented mindset, excellent phone skills, and the ability to react quickly to new leads.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, experienced in handling objections, and capable of managing CRM workflows while providing excellent customer support.

Experience in the U.S. market is preferred.

What you’ll be doing :

Answer inbound calls from leads and existing clients.

Make outbound calls to new leads and reactivate old leads / projects.

Book estimates and handle objections effectively to maximize conversions.

Follow "speed to lead" best practices by contacting leads immediately as they come in.

Manage and update CRM (Dripjobs) for all client interactions.

Provide customer support as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

Assist with project coordination when necessary.

Who are we looking for?
