Are you a people-person with a passion for building relationships, driving engagement, and making things happen? We’re on the lookout for a confident and bubbly Community Manager to join our dynamic team!

In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to support for our growing network of ambassadors — empowering them to thrive and helping us deliver successful sampling campaigns. From onboarding and guiding ambassadors, to collecting feedback and tracking results, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Engaging with new and existing ambassadors to keep them informed, motivated, and supported
  • Conducting pre-delivery calls and processing opt-ins
  • Monitoring campaign progress and ensuring ambassador targets are met
  • Gathering and uploading campaign photos and feedback from social media and emails
  • Answering ambassador queries quickly and professionally
  • Helping select and notify prize winners
  • Reporting insights to help shape future campaign success
