SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive experience through prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Provide product and service information to customers and guide them through processes when needed
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-through
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Final-year students may also apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and web-based tools
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Customer‑centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others
No prior experience required – full training provided
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or a call center is a plus, but not mandatory
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Full‑time: 5 days a week (rotational shifts)
Shift timings: Flexible between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain courteous under pressure
Quick learning and adaptability to new tools and processes
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections tactfully
Time management and organizational skills
