  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product and service teams to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.

  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
