In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting customers with Technical and Billing Enquiries. You will ensure a seamless customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries efficiently, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous customer support or help desk experience in the mobile services industry
  • Attention to detail so you know when to escal ate anomalies.
  • High Energy and Engaging Personality
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
  • Outgoing and humorous outlook
  • Excellent communication skills are a MUST.
  • Be humble as we sometimes get escalated by incidents that are outside of our control.
  • Must be willing to work with Back Office and Chat Channels over and above the voice channel.
  • Understanding of PCI Compliance
  • Willing to work international hours with reliable transport as attendance is a major KPI.
  • Sense of Urgency when there’s a crisis
  • Build relationships and liaise with all support departments respectively.
