About The Role

Job Purpose

To undertake the Customer Service process within Panda Recycling, ensuring that agreed service levels are achieved for customers at the best value.

Role Context

  • The Customer Service Representative will work as a vital part of the Customer Service team to support customers in their transactions with Panda.
  • The CSR will ensure that all customer interactions result in a closed service loop.

Responsibilities

  • Answering high-volume incoming calls in a call centre environment.
  • Handling customer service queries and complaints, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Processing all customer-related queries and requests promptly and consistently.
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training for new equipment, processes, and operations.
  • Prepared to work in a flexible, multi-skilled environment.
  • Working as part of a team with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in work patterns may be required.
