Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Cape Town is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support UK customers. This role involves handling queries, resolving order issues, and providing product support. Candidates should have a Grade 12 qualification and at least 3 years of customer service experience in e-commerce. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. The position offers a salary of R15,000 per month plus a discretionary bonus, along with leave and medical aid options.

What we’re looking for
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • 3+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space
  • Strong Freshdesk experience
