A leading property photography company is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Cape Town. This hybrid role involves managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting account management, all while ensuring exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Job Title : Customer Service Executive
Location : Cape Town, South Africa
Working Pattern : Hybrid - 4 days in office in Claremont, 1 day remote
Working Hours : US East Coast hours | 3pm–11pm SAST
Reports to : Senior Management Team
Salary Range : R20, - R25, gross per month
Our client is a leading property photography company, capturing stunning, high-quality images and video tours for real estate agents and homeowners across the UK and the US.
Their mission is to help homes shine in the market, and our talented team delivers exceptional visual content with speed, creativity, and professionalism. They are expanding their international team and looking for a dynamic Junior Account Executive to join them.
This hybrid role blends day‑to‑day customer service with proactive account management, ensuring their clients feel supported, valued, and excited to work with them.
You'll be the friendly, capable first point of contact for clients from handling queries, coordinating with internal teams, and following up to make sure everything runs smoothly.
At the same time, you'll nurture accounts, spot opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, and play a part in client retention.
It's an ideal role for someone with 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing role who’s organized, commercially aware, and thrives on helping people.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong sense of empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem‑solving ability for working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
• The ability to work independently while following processes and instructions.
• A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• An interest in photography or real estate (nice to have, but not essential).
