Job Purpose
  • Obtain and capture information from insured or designated persons to settle claim with insurance carrier.
Responsibilities
  • Customer management – manage customers, first call resolution, complete requests.
  • Customer needs & analysis – ask questions, gather information to resolve requests.
  • Up-sell products – identify best products, explain selection, influence purchase.
  • Correspondence – respond to routine requests via phone or email, customize responses.
  • Operational compliance – develop knowledge of policies, procedures, regulatory codes.
  • Administration – update policy info, handle requests related to policies.
  • Best practice support – support customers on admin process requirements.
  • Personal capability building – participate in training, coaching.
  • Work scheduling – work assigned schedule, follow mandatory procedures.
Education
  • Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
