The successful candidates will be able to cope with multi-tasking in a fast paced, demanding environment, responding to emails, chats and telephonic enquiries during their shift. The successful candidate will be proactive, an independent thinker, people centric, possess the ability to do research, offer alternatives and solutions and be prepared to go the extra mile and delight the customer.
This role gives you the freedom of Flexi shifts operating within a 24 x 7 working environment. You will be required to work day, evening and night shifts Monday to Sunday.
