Job summary

A leading customer service company in South Africa is seeking Customer Service Advisers to maintain high-quality service. Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers a chance to grow within a collaborative and driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Clear Credit and Criminal record.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Gas & Electricity campaign.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
  • Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise.
  • Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
  • Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
  • Connect and build rapport with the customer.
