Overview
Responsible for handling customer queries via web chat and email, providing accurate product and service information, and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Escalates priority issues to the Team Leader or Operations Team and actively contributes to team meetings.
Qualifications
Education: Matric/ NQF Level 4
Work Experience: Minimum 6-12 months relevant customer service experience.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in online betting or sports betting.
