Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare insurance
  • Provide professional and empathetic customer service
  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations
Requirements
  • South African Citizen
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Minimum 12 months of call center experience
  • Neutral English accent
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online Navigation)
  • Soft skills and telecommunications experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy in customer interactions
  • Must reside within a 35km radius of Foreshore, Cape Town
Working Hours
  • Monday to Sunday (3 PM – 3 AM) – subject to change based on requirements
  • Five working days per week with two days off
  • Contact center operates 365 days a year.
