Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As a SDR, you will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will also maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records, test messaging, and continually improve targeting while working remotely across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM tech; pipeline management.
