Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. This remote role focuses on researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings to create first impressions of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints. This is a full-time, remote position serving clients nationwide within SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
