Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist / Cold-Caller
Location: Hybrid and in-office in Camps Bay
Position Type: Full-Time (25 hours per week)
Compensation: R6, per month (Fixed Salary)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven cold caller to help generate leads and secure listings. Role Overview: We need an energetic and confident individual to make outbound calls to homeowners and property investors, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential sellers.

The ideal candidate thrives on communication, enjoys engaging with people, and is persistent in achieving targets.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, landlords, and property investors to identify potential sellers.
  • Follow a structured call script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
  • Gather information on property owners' intentions, needs, and potential timelines for selling.
  • Book appointments for Joshua Parsons with interested property owners.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling objections and rejections.
  • Work 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or real estate is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Excellent English speaking skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
  • Applicants must have their own car and laptop, and be based in Cape Town (close enough to commute to our office in Camps Bay).
