About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist to help marketing teams learn and adopt a modern workflow automation platform. In this role, you’ll guide customers from their first login to becoming confident users. You’ll run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create resources that make adoption simple and repeatable.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in marketing operations or customer success, is comfortable with SQL and Python, and enjoys teaching others how to use new tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.

  • Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows.

  • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
