We’re hiring a Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist to help marketing teams learn and adopt a modern workflow automation platform. In this role, you’ll guide customers from their first login to becoming confident users. You’ll run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create resources that make adoption simple and repeatable.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in marketing operations or customer success, is comfortable with SQL and Python, and enjoys teaching others how to use new tools.
Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.
Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows.
Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption.
Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
Strong communication skills and experience running client‑facing training or workshops.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
