Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-based

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00 and Friday: 07:00 – 14:00

Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Liaison & Sales Administrator to join their team.

This role is ideal for a vibrant individual who enjoys engaging with customers, thrives on accuracy, and can manage multiple tasks with a smile. You’ll be the essential link between the client and the factory—ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and excellent service delivery.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Experience in administration, sales support, or customer liaison type of role
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technically inclined
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Friendly, fast-paced, and professional demeanor
  • This position requires a person to talk on the phone a lot (self-confidence and telephone etiquette is a must)
Duties
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the factory
  • Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately (QuickBooks)
  • Conduct telephonic follow-ups with clients and handle general customer queries
  • Coordinate orders and ensure all documentation is complete and correct
  • Data capture all communication
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
