About the Role

The Customer Delivery Officer will coordinate and conduct product training for clients, partners and end‑users. They will engage with clients to facilitate solution adoption, communicate user feedback and help drive growth and customer success within Mezzanine’s multi‑functional team.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – support the sales team by attending client interactions, identify stakeholders, obtain training buy‑in, support comprehension across all levels, identify challenges to adoption, and report monthly product utilisation statistics.
• Service Provider Coordination – identify and onboard service providers, review coverage, conduct regular meetings and train providers on products to ensure competency.
• Operation & Solution Deployment – enforce project delivery processes, perform deployments and configurations, document success metrics and create utilisation plans for each client.
• Training and Coordination – coordinate all product training between outsourced partners and product teams, maintain training tasks, design and update digital training materials, oversee implementation of the training strategy, gather feedback from facilitators, and conduct training satisfaction surveys.
• Improve System Usability – record and report end‑user feedback, work with product and program managers to refine applications, and identify utilisation barriers.
• General – adhere to the Information Security Management System policies and procedures as per ISO; collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated queries.

Qualifications Required (minimum)

• Post‑Matric qualification in Business Management, Administration, Teaching or related field (Certificate / Diploma / Degree) • Agricultural Qualification
• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in the agricultural sector; 6 months – 1 year in data capturing; previous training or teaching experience.

Location & Relocation

The position is based in Midrand, Gauteng. Candidates from the Western Cape or other areas will be considered; if you are not from Gauteng or the Western Cape, you must be willing to relocate at your own cost.
