Job summary

Atlas Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to implement a high standard of client care across all interactions in our microfinance division. You will strive to attract and retain profitable clients while upholding service standards.

You will ensure SLA adherence, monitor query resolutions, and contribute to quality control, with a focus on delivering courteous, accurate, and timely responses to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12.
• Customer Care experience.
• 2 years’ experience Micro finance industry.
• Mathematical Literacy.

Responsibilities
