Job summary

A leading supply chain provider in Durban is looking for an experienced Customer Business Intelligence and Administration Manager to oversee business intelligence operations and lead a customer administration team. The successful candidate must have a Matric / Grade 12 qualification along with a relevant B Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role offers the opportunity to enhance business analysis and customer administration activities.

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence provider.
• Experience managing business intelligence for a customer or sales team.

Our client is a full-service supply chain provider who seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Business Intelligence and Administration Manager. Responsibilities include managing the overall business intelligence for the customer/sales team, providing business intelligence (reporting and analysis) operations (customer administration and data administration) and setting up and leading a customer administration team (national vs today regional).

Must have Matric / Grade 12 with a relevant BDegree and at least 5 years direct experience as a Business Analyst / Business Intelligence provider.
