Salary and Employee Benefits

• Code 8 / light vehicle, personnel transport, and site driving – ZAR 8,500–13,500 per month
• Code 10 / materials, equipment, and coal supply chain delivery – ZAR 13,500–20,000 per month
• Code 14 / bulk coal haulage, heavy plant transport, and linehaul logistics – ZAR 20,000–30,000 per month
• Specialised Surface and Open-Cast Mine Vehicle Operator (ADT, Tipper, Water Bowser, Grader Support) – ZAR 22,000–36,000+ per month depending on machine class and site

Qualifications and Skills Required

Licences and Certifications

• Code 8 (B) Driver's Licence — minimum requirement for light vehicle and personnel transport roles
• Code 10 (C) or Code 14 (EC) Driver's Licence — required for materials delivery, bulk coal haulage, heavy plant transport, and linehaul logistics roles
