This company designs, installs and repairs HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop an overall marketing and communication strategy annually.
- Prepare marketing budget and develop a USP.
- Identify targeted events and industry-specific opportunities to showcase products.
- Update and maintain the company website and social media platforms.
- Monitor the return on investment and / or engagement rates of all marketing and communication activities.
- Drive overall sales performance to meet revenue targets.
- Diversify sales acquired (expand through Refrigeration, Design) and engage qualified leads for deals / contracts.
- Engage existing clients on products and conduct delivery for past and current work on a regular basis to retain clients.
- Develop a sales and client pipeline.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify potential clients.
- Engage and qualify potential clients as identified.
- Revisit past clients and assess suitability.
- Submit weekly business development statistics.
- Maintain effective client relations.
- Develop and conduct quarterly client satisfaction surveys and supplier surveys.
- Escalate, attend to, and manage client queries to resolution.
Prospecting and sales management skills.
Qualifications
- Matric.
- Tertiary Qualification Preferred.
- 2-3 years in sales and marketing.
- 1-2 years in social media management.
- Experience in a mechanical engineering / HVAC environment preferred.
- Valid driver's license a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Marketing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of and exposure to social media and website management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Package & Remuneration
Salary / Package R10, - R15, CTC.
