Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operations related to Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project specifications.
• Develop and implement dredging plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project timelines and production targets.
• Supervise dredger crew and support teams, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Monitor dredging progress, equipment performance, and production output, making adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, marine teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of dredging operations within overall project scope.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of dredging equipment, pumps, and pipelines to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including production data, equipment status, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dredging efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10+ years of experience on self-propelled CSD with minimum cutter power >5 MW as a captain.
