Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a Crushing Foreman for a mining operation based in the Free State, South Africa. The role requires leadership of a crushing and screening crew, ensuring safety and meeting production targets in an open-pit environment.

Ideal candidates will hold Matric, a minimum N3 certificate, and be a qualified artisan with 6+ years post-trade supervisory experience. Wireman’s license is advantageous. You will coordinate maintenance and enforce high safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Matric and N3 Certificate are required.
• Qualified Artisan status is required.
• Wireman’s License is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crushing and screening operations.
• Ensure safety, production targets and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for crushing equipment.
• Mentor and manage on-site mining crew.
