Overview

Ivanplats is looking for a Crusher Operator REF: IVP-2502. IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to develop this “mine of the future”.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Basic knowledge in operating a crusher, conveyor system and apron feeders on a mine

Work Experience

• 1 year knowledge in operating a crusher, conveyor system and apron feeders on a mine.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime

Responsibilities

• Operating a crusher, conveyor system and apron feeders on a mine.
• Perform basic maintenance associated with operating a crusher belt and apron feeder.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions.
