Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. on board a cruise ship seeks a PADI certified diver with a minimum of 2 years' experience to lead guests on dives, provide safety briefings, and ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist with setup and breakdown of gear, monitor the dive deck, perform safety checks, coordinate activities with other departments, and keep accurate records. Ongoing training and professional conduct are required.

Qualifications

• PADI certified diver with 2+ years experience required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Excellent swimming and diving skills for guiding guests of all levels.
• Strong knowledge of diving equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be physically fit to lift gear and endure varying seas.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests on diving excursions with safety briefings.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of diving equipment and storage after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the dive deck and equipment areas.
• Perform safety checks and follow all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with guests and provide exceptional service.
