Those in audit risk and quality at PwC will focus on providing support to internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks.
As an experienced auditor and / or technical specialist, you will lead on audit quality through thought leadership, setting guidance, and a continuous cycle of improving, learning and monitoring.
Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
\Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Relevant professional qualification (CA (SA) or equivalent).
3-year article training, currently completing third year articles.
Experience in audit risk and quality topics.
Strong leadership skills, mentorship, communication.
As a dedicated IFRS Accounting Standards reporting specialist, you will stay up to date with the latest developments in IFRS.
You will service PwC South Market area in dealing with complex accounting matters, including financial statement reviews, consultations and training requests.
Perform research on accounting matters, legislation and regulatory issues affecting disclosure.
Present complex findings to PwC directors and staff and senior executives of clients.
Perform review of listed company financial statements to ensure compliance with the principles and disclosure requirements of IFRS.
Work arising from the firm's representation on various professional bodies.
Raise the technical profile of PwC in the marketplace via seminars, press releases, production of reference material and publications.
Comment on exposure drafts or proposed interpretations.
Prepare and deliver presentations on topical issues.
Input into updating and maintaining the policy statements of the firm.
Relevant professional qualification (CA (SA) or equivalent).
Complet ing 3-year articles in
Experience in complex IFRS accounting matters.
